I. Return Period
You may apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. Applications submitted after this period may not be processed.

II. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the goods must meet the following conditions:

• Intact packaging, including all accessories and instructions
• No signs of human damage or obvious use
  Please note: If the goods do not meet the above conditions, we may refuse the return application or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

III. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Damage or misuse due to personal reasons
• Items past the return period
• Clearance items or items marked “non-returnable”

IV. Return Process

• Contact our customer service team to submit a return request
• Provide your order number and relevant explanation (please attach photos if there are any issues with the item)
• After approval, we will provide a return address and instructions
• You must return the item to the designated address
• Please do not return items directly without authorization, otherwise, processing may be impossible.

V. Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days
• The refund will be returned to your original payment account
• The actual arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment institution.

VI. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to product quality issues (such as damage, defects, or incorrect shipment), we will bear the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase, etc.), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

VII. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item, please apply for a return and place a new order. We do not currently offer direct exchange services.

VIII. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled and a full refund obtained before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process.
